IDBI Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on October 26, 2009, to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Bank for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2009 subject to a Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors (Q2).
