Escorts - FY 09 results by Dec 31, 2009

Escorts Ltd has informed BSE that in respect of results for the last quarter of the financial year ended September 30, 2009, the Company will publish audited results by the end of December 31, 2009. Hence, unaudited financial results for the last quarter shall not be published.
