Bank of Baroda - Change in Directorate

Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that Sri. Amarjit Chopra, Director of the Bank, nominated w.e.f October 13, 2006 by the Central Government u/s 9(3)(g) of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, ceased to be Director on the Board of the Bank w.e.f. October 13, 2009, consequent upon completion of his term on October 12, 2009.
