Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on October 28, 2009, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on records the Un-audited Financial Results (Solo - Reviewed) of the Bank for the Quarter (Q2) / Half Year Ended September 30, 2009 together with relevant Segment Reporting.
