Crompton Greaves - Q2 results on Oct 27, 2009

Crompton Greaves Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2009, inter alia, to take on record, the Unaudited Financial Results and Segment-Wise Financial Report for the quarter (Q2) and half-year ended September 30, 2009 & at the above Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company will also take a decision as regards declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2009-10.

Further the Company has informed that, November 03, 2009 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of this interim dividend.
