Punj Lloyd - Allotment of Shares under ESOPs

Punj Lloyd Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors in its meeting held on October 09, 2009 has allotted 43107 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to the eligible employees under ESOP 2005 and 18210 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to the eligible employees under ESOP 2006 of the Company.
