Industrial Investment - Change in Directorate

Industrial Investment Trust Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 12, 2009, has transacted the following:

1. Appointed Mr. Pradeep Kumar Rath as Director on the Board of the Company to fill in the casual vacancy created by the resignation of Mrs. Thankom Mathew (LIC Nominee) with effect from October 12, 2009; and

2. Noted resignation of Mr. Swaran Singh as Director with immediate effect.
