Kunststoffe Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended September 30, 2009, subject to limited review by the Auditors.

2. To consider and to take on record the Un-Audited Half Yearly Financial Results (Provisional) for the Half Year ended September 30, 2009.

3. To discus working of the Company and BIFR matter progress.
