Inter State Finance - Outcome of Board Meeting

Inter State Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 15, 2009, inter alia, has decided that in the forthcoming Rights Issue the Shares will be issued in the ratio of 5 equity Shares for every 2 Shares held.
