Kuvam International Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 15, 2009, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To Appoint the New Directors on the Board.

2. To Allot the Convertible Equity Warrants issued on Preferential basis to the various
Allottes, who are eligible for the said allotment in pursuance to the resolution passed in the Annual General Meeting of the company, held on September 29, 2009.
