AXIS Bank - Allotment Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors of the Bank on October 16, 2009 has made the allotment of 4,46,932 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 40,23,94,234 equity shares from 40,19,47,302 equity shares.
