DCB - Allotment of Equity Shares

Development Credit Bank Ltd (DCB) has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on October 12, 2009, has allotted 2,01,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOPs) of the Bank.
