With reference to earlier annoucement regarding Shri Umesh Chowdhary relinquished the office of Managing Director from the close of business hours on September 23, 2009, continuing as non-executive Director and Vice Chairman, Titagarh Wagons Ltd has now informed BSE about the correct position of Shri Umesh Chowdhary continuing as (non-executive) Director and Vice Chairman of the Company, having relinquished the position of Managing Director effective close of business on the September 23, 2009.
