Bits Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Soni Gulati & Co. has appointed as the Statutory
Auditors of the Company in place of M/s. Praveen Shri Niwas & Associates in the 17th
Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 29, 2009 to hold the office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
