Tech Mahindra - Allotment of Equity Shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on October 16, 2009 for issue and allotment of a total of 54,580 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to various applicants, as under:

- 15,540 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2000 (ESOP 2000).

- 39,040 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006).
