Venus Ventures - Board Meeting on Oct 26, 2009

Venus Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2009, inter alia, to take into consideration the following matters:

1. To approve the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009.

2. To offer, issue and Allot Equity Shares on Preferential Basis upto Rs 50.00 Crores subject to the consent of the members.

3. To consider the follow on Public Issue / QIB Placement upto Rs 150.00 Crores subject to the consent of the members.
