Aries Agro Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2009, inter alia, to transact the following items:

1. To approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2009.

2. To appoint Mr. Chakradhar Bharat Chhaya as an Additional Director (Independent Director).

3. To approve issue of Duplicate Share Certificates.
