Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Share Allotment & Investor Grievance Committee at its meeting held on October 14, 2009 has allotted 149976 Equity Shares on exercise of the stock options by the employees as per the details given below:

- Stock Option Scheme 2003-2004 : 7,125 shares allotted

- Stock Option Scheme 2004-2005 : 37,876 shares allotted

- Stock Option Scheme 2005-2006 : 18,375 shares allotted.

- Stock Option Scheme 2007 : 1,100 shares allotted.

- Stock Option Scheme 2007 - Grant II : 1,300 shares allotted.

- Stock Option Scheme 2008 : 84200 shares allotted.
