Ultratech Cement - Outcome of Board Meeting

Ultratech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 16, 2009, inter alia, has been re-appointed Mr. S Misra as Managing Director of the Company from October 16, 2009 upto March 31, 2010 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
