Aro Granite Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2009, inter alia, to approve the Un-audited (provisional) Financial Result for the second quarter ended September 30, 2009 and to consider the proposal for disposing of one of the undertakings of the Company.
