1. To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2009.

2. To Propose appointment of Mrs. Anita Gandhi, Mr. Pankaj Kumar Gupta & Mr. Paragbhai Rameshbahi Shah as Additional Directors of the Company.
