Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Quarterly Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2009 (Q2), after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board.
