With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 16, 2009, regarding the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 24, 2009, inter alia, to consider, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 (Q2), Ispat Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the above-mentioned meeting of the Board of Directors now stands rescheduled to be held on October 27, 2009.
