Renaissance Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter ended September 30, 2009.

2. To consider and approve the inter se transfer of shares amongst the promoters of the Company and their relatives.
