Chambal Fertilisers - Outcome of Board Meeting

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. A. J. A. Tauro, Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2009.

Further, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 21, 2009 has appointed Ms. Radha Singh as Director of the Company with immediate effect, to fill the casual vacancy caused by resignation of Mr. A. J. A. Tauro.
