Paushak - Change in Directorate

Paushak Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular
Resolution passed on October 21, 2009 has appointed Mr. Sanjay Bhatt as Additional Non-executive Independent Director of the Company.

The Board of Directors vide the above Circular Resolution also appointed him as member of the Audit Committee and Shareholders' / Investors' Grievance Committee with effect from October 21, 2009.
