Oracle Financial - Q2 results on Oct 30, 2009

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To adopt audited un-consolidated Indian GAAP Accounts for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2009 (Q2).

2. To consider allotment of shares to the eligible employees who have chosen to exercise their options under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP), 2002 of the Company.
