Ackruti City Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board Of Directors of the Company to consider inter-alia, the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) and Six Months ended September 30, 2009, scheduled to be held on October 30, 2009 has been rescheduled to be held on October 31, 2009.
