L&T - Allotment of Shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 13,56,878 (Thirteen Lakh Fifty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Eight only) shares on October 22, 2009 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
