APW President Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following:

1. The Un-audited Financial Results for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2009.

2. To consider the raising of funds through Rights Issue / Further Issue to meet fund requirements for capital expenditure and augmentation of the working Capital requirement.
