Tata Steel - MMTC and Tata Steel form JV for exploration and development of Minerals

Tata Steel Ltd has informed BSE that Tata Steel Ltd (Tata Steel) and MMTC Ltd (MMTC) have signed an agreement at New Delhi on October 22, 2009, to establish a 74:26 joint venture company for acquiring, development and operation of mines and processing of minerals and metals.

The Company has issued a Press Release dated October 22, 2009 titled MMTC and Tata Steel form JV for exploration and development of Minerals.
