NIIT - Grant of Options

NIIT Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation / Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2009 has granted the stock option to the eligible employees of the Company. The details of the stock option granted are as follow:

1. Date of Grant: October 26, 2009

2. Number of Options granted: 5,597,410 Options

3. Price: Rs. 72.20 (at closing market price at NSE on the previous day)

4. Exercise Period: Three years from the date of vesting.
