Force Motors Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Abhay Firodia will cease to be the Managing Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on November 05, 2009.

Mr. Abhay Firodia will continue to be Chairman of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company, on October 24, 2009 appointed Mr. Prasan Firodia as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. November 06, 2009, subject to receipt of necessary approvals.
