Rei Agro Board declares interim dividend

Rei Agro Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2009, inter alia, have declared the payment of an Interim Dividend of Re. 0.10 per Equity Share, for the Financial Year 2009-10.
