Falcon Tyres Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 24, 2009, has decided to call an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on November 09, 2009 by giving a Shorter Notice under Section 171 (2) of the Company's Act 1956 for appointment of Statutory Auditors.
