Coromandel International - Allotment of Equity Shares pursuant to ESOP

Coromandel International Ltd has informed BSE that the Share Transfer & Investors' Grievance Committee on October 20, 2009 allotted 23800 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid to the employees pursuant to ESOP 2007. Consequent to this allotment, the issued and paid up capital of the Company stands revised to 140055822 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid amounting to Rs. 280111644/-. Coromandel Ltd .
