Gujarat State - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 23, 2009, inter alia, has approved allotment of 1,09,126 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP) consequent to which the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs 562,21,78,740 to 562,32,70,000.
