Era Infra - Allotment of shares upon the conversion of warrants

Pursuant to the allotment of 2,10,00,000 convertible warrants on October 10, 2009, Era Infra Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that now the Company has received full consideration, along with the request, for exercise of conversion option by the holders of remaining 1,40,00,000 convertible warrants.

Consequently the Share Allotment committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on October 24, 2009 has allotted 1,40,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each issued at a premium of Rs. 83/- per share.
