SAAG RR Infra - Sale of Investment in group Company

SAAG RR Infra Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has sold its entire investment of 50,000 Equity Shares (representing 10% Stake) held in SAAG RR Oil and Gas Technology Ltd., for a total consideration of Rs. 2,43,08,587/-. Subsequent to the stake sale on October 22, 2009, the Company does not hold any shares in SAAG RR Oil and Gas Technology Ltd.
