Indo Amines Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2009, to transact the following:

1. Consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2009 and

2. Consider and approve declaration of Interim Dividend.
