With reference to the earlier annoucement dated October 26, 2009 regarding Board Meeting on Oct 30, 2009, Gee Kay Finance & Leasing Company Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors at the aforesaid ensuing Meeting shall also consider and approve Notice of Postal Ballot for change in management control.
