SBI - Medium Term Note (MTN) Programme

State Bank of India (SBI) has informed BSE that the Bank has concluded the issue of U5D 750 Million Fixed Rate Senior Notes having a Maturity of 5 years at a coupon of 4.50 percent under the Medium Term Notes (MTN) Programme in the form of Regulation S Global Note. The bonds have been issued through the Bank's London branch as of October 23, 2009 and these shall be listed on Singapore Stock Exchange.
