IDFC - Allotment of Shares under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on October 23, 2009, allotted 5,90,991 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
