Venus Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2009, inter alia, have unanimously passed the following items of business :

1. Issue and Allot Equity Shares on Preferential Basis upto Rs. 50.00 Crores subject to the consent of the members.

2. Follow on Public Issue / QIB Placement upto Rs. 150.00 Crores subject to the consent of the members.
