ITC - Allotment of Shares

ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on October 19, 2009 has issued and allotted 33,72,790 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 3,37,279 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from October 19, 2009, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 378,35,52,310/- divided into 378,35,52,310 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.
