Arex Industries - Board Meeting on Oct 30, 2009

Arex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held October 30, 2009, inter alia, :

1. To consider take on record Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2009.

2. To discuss and consider the passing of resolutions by postal ballots in respect of the following items -

(i) Alteration the Main Objects of the Company.

(ii) Increase in the Borrowing Limit and mortgaging etc of assets of the Company.

3. To appoint Shri. Narendra B. Shah, practicing Company Secretary of Ahmedabad as Scrutinizer for the above purposes.

4. To consider appointment of Shri. Pragnesh K. Shah, as Executive Director of the Company.
