Voith Paper Board recommends Dividend

Voith Paper Fabrics India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 40% for the year ended on September 30, 2009, subject to the approval of shareholders.
