Idea Cellular - Extension of time for holding AGM

Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has obtained an extension for a period of three months for holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the financial year 2008-09, beyond the requisite time period i.e. from September 30, 2009 to December 31, 2009 from the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
