Idea Cellular - Change in Directorate

Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2009, inter alia, has concluded the following:

1. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Saurabh Misra as a Director of the Company with effect from October 26, 2009; and

2. Appointed Mr. Rakesh Jain as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Company with effect from October 26, 2009.
