Bhuwalka Steel - Outcome of AGM

Bhuwalka Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have accorded the following:

1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on March 31, 2009 together with Directors' and Auditors' Report thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Sri. Suresh Kumar Bhuwalka, Sri. Ajay Kumar Bhuwalka and Sri. Ankit Bhuwalka as Directors of the Company.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. P. K. Rungta & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this annual general meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
